I completely agree with your post on the idiotic complaints people made on Rue, Thresh & Cinna. Frankly, I was surprised at how many caucasians there were in the movie (I hope that doesn't sound bad) but there were only 4 main characters that were black (including Portia who was in it for maybe 2 minutes). So the fact that people complained about this is beyond absurd. Also- if these people are focussing on race so much, they're missing the point of the movie/ book entirely. So frustrating :S

It doesn’t sound bad because it’s true though. There weren’t supposed to be that many. 

I couldn’t say it any better. This movie was not about race at all. Not even in the ball park close. Priorities need to be rearranged.

I always hated the hyphens lol. They always, always bothered me. And then when Tumblr didn’t track hypens anymore, peeved me even more and I knew I just had to change it.

I’ve been wanting to change it since at least a year ago but I was never sure to what. So I thought a lot about it and went for it. It was also a good time now to do so since HP was wrapping up. I could post more of my interests without a specific url to one fandom.

I'm feeling the pressure of a full-time job and college right now, it IS really demanding. Waking up at 6:30am and getting home at 11pm is quite tough, although I still have time for Tumblr... People sometimes forget you have a life out of here. But even though I am sad to rarely see your posts lately I am happy you are growing as a person. Our Tumblr phases can't go on forever even when we wish it could. Best of luck in your job hunting and life, generally! xxx

Exactly. And if I don’t fulfill that aspect of my personal life, well, I’ll have nowhere to live to be able to blog in the first place. 

I didn’t think people wanted to see more posts though. Wow. I guess that’s a common thing I’m hearing. I can certainly post more now that I have the time. Anything in particular you want to see?

Hey Nay, it's been a while again huh. How are you? Still like your job? Are you doing anything special for halloween this year since, you know, it's the 30th anniversary of Harry vanquished Voldemort for the first time? Is Hogwarts doing anything special? I wasn’t sad exactly. I was being a brat at first though. I couldn’t even believe it. I basically posted that to make fun of myself for being so arrogant. It was like, wow. I’m laughing at myself. Let me get everyone else in on the joke.

It's just, it's not something I would want to yell and tell everyone about, but I seem to trust people on tumblr because they go through problems and are not afraid to offer help to others. Anyway, last Sunday I had a breakdown and I am now going to therapy (I had my first session on Friday). Next Friday, I have my second session and will be tested for bipolar disorder and anxiety. I was just wondering, if you had a boyfriend and knew that, what would you do?

I think educating someone is the best way to break the news. There are several ways you can do it depending on the kind of person you are and the kind of person the boyfriend is. I think that in a sense, bipolar and anxiety won’t scare someone off very easily until they see it in its true manifesto. Then it can become scary. But if the person has an idea of what to expect, they can be supportive. It’s also a great time to see if the person is going to stick with you through thick and thin. Unless he has witnessed bipolar and/or anxiety before, he may not have any idea what it’s going to look like. So, here comes the education part. Take him out to dinner or I’d rather say cook for the boyfriend and then break the news. That’s what I’d do. Give some brief facts on the disorder. Nothing too much that he’ll get confused. Just the basics. You may also want to consult with your psych/counselor professional for the best tips on how to break the news as with what are good things to say. You might also want to wait for the results! ;)
